9 I appreciate the Vortex and my knowledge of it.

Wouldn't it be nice if P***** and I were friends in the Vortex? Yes, P***** and I are friends in the Vortex. We have mutual respect in the Vortex. Great. That feels good. :)

8 I appreciate my solitude right at this very moment. I appreciate the privacy of my own mind.

7 FOCUS WHEEL: I want to see my joka again.

1 o'clock - Wouldn't it be nice if I could see him one more time?

2 o'clock - I appreciate it that he paid attention to me as I told him about the Focus Wheel process.

3 o'clock - I appreciate it that he made a focus wheel for me as I was running to and fro to change the malfunctioning CDs and CD players. When I finally sat down in front of him again, he said, "This is to make you feel better." He wrote the following words on the hour hands of the wheel:
1) You met *****.
2) You drank milk tea with *****.

4 o'clock - Wouldn't it be nice if I could share a friendship with him the way I do with Tuni and Attorney Baki?

5 o'clock - I appreciate it that he appreciates it that I appreciate the color purple. He gave me a purple mechanical pencil and a purple highlighter. He said, "If you change your favorite color, I would feel bad."

6 o'clock - Wouldn't it be nice if I could have college entrance English review classes with him next year?

7 o'clock - I got the impression that you had not yet tasted McDonald's Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I bought one for you and while eating it you told me, "I have tried this many times but when you give it to me, it is more delicious."

Such a sweet talker ~ my joka. :"> Ha ha ha ha ha!

8 o'clock - I appreciate that time when I went back to the room and you said, "I was going to write something, but you came in."

Sensing that you wanted it to be a surprise, I faced the whiteboard towards you and said, "Go ahead and write it."

You wrote: Don't forget *****!

You even fret at the thought that someday, I would eventually erase it. I knew that erasing it is inevitable. But I never intended my own hands to do it.

When I got to my room this morning, your writing had already disappeared. But no need to worry. Memories of you will always be fresh. :)

9 o'clock -

10 o'clock -

11 o'clock -

12 o'clock -

6 I appreciate all of those times I savored the pleasant aroma and the bitter taste of black coffee.

5 I appreciate my power and ability to attract and manifest people like R*** and L****, who have enabled me to get into the Vortex and feel the ease, harmony, and delight of having Source Energy/Pure Positive Energy flow through me.

4 You smiled with every sip of the milk tea I had given you. Your smiles were simply priceless ... so precious! Their slogan is right: There's a rainbow of joy in every cup. :)

You told me to remember everything about you. I will definitely remember you and your words: Milk tea will change the world!

3 I appreciate that time when *** *** *** (L****) first asked me to buy Starbucks drinks for him and his classmate S*****. I appreciate the time when he noticed I was admiring the cup of my Grande size hot chocolate.

I appreciate it that my attention got glued to the white paper cup and the green leaves pattern around it. I appreciate the opportunity to tell him that I was appreciating the beauty of the cup. I feel delighted by the memory of him asking me, about 10 minutes later, "Are you still admiring your cup?"

I appreciate everything else I have shared with him since then. Thanks, L****, for being one of those people who put me in the Vortex. Just thinking about you makes me jump right in there.

2 Go! ---> and be up to speed with all that you have already become in your Vibrational Escrow! I appreciate the jalousie windows in my bedroom that bring cool air in. (Thank you, D****, for cleaning them sometimes. :D)

1 I appreciate the times I spent on Ayala Avenue, where I felt utter Well-Being and prosperity. It still carries me into the Vortex whenever I think about it. :)

May 2010

2 There was a time when I would buy The Manila Bulletin at the convenience store at the corner of Pampano and Langaray streets every Sunday. That was after working for *** K*********** ****** Foundation and I was looking for a new job. I would also go to the talipapa in Langaray to buy some snacks and in front of ******* ** ******* *** High School to buy sliced hotdogs. :D I appreciate the memories of those times.

1 I appreciate Attorney Baki's friendship for the last 17 years.

April 2010

8 Manifestation! I asked my Manager, the Law of Attraction, to bring me people who are in harmony with my current intent ... and what do you know! I received two e-mails from Joy, the cutest boy in our English camp with Korean students in 2002! Joy has brought me joy! I am so happy!

He brought back delightful memories of Marinduque, Mindoro, and Westlife's song, "My Love."

7 I appreciate my world.
I appreciate my life.
I appreciate my circle(s) of friends.
I appreciate myself!

6 I appreciate the banana, potato, carrot, cabbage, pechay, and spinach that I ate today. Food is my friend.

5 I appreciate it that Susan lent me 23 of her video compact discs. It is good to have access to Stephen Chow's "Kung Fu Hustle" and watch its amazing stunts and special effects. Its humor is wonderful, too! I think this is my first time to see a movie at home and really laugh out loud.

4 Wow! I tuned in to DZRB Radyo ng Bayan 738 khz just in time to hear the Pope saying, "Filipino: Maligayang pagkabuhay ni Kristo!" Cool timing! I appreciate that.

3 I appreciate **** words: "It is good that you have that experience --- to live with a 2-year-old."
"My grandmother was the only decent woman I ever knew. She was strong in her faith and spirituality, just like you."
"You are the innocence I never was."

2 I appreciate it that my A******* friend D*** and I are getting along well.

1 I appreciate this short story that was written for me.

The Path
by the Bard

As I approach your school, I see you standing outside with a few of your students - laughing and smiling. I can see and feel the love they have for you. I smile. God! How your true spirit warms me inside.

You know not what I have planned, but I e-mailed you and asked you to come with me after work, as there was something I wanted to share. We wave goodbye to the kids as we drive off into the failing light of the day.

As the orange glow forms, the crimson sky caresses your skin. It only enhances the beauty you offer in abundance. I turn off the main road, toward the coast. The winding road ascends to a sheer cliff overlooking the ocean to the western sky.

I park, look at you and smile, not saying a word. I run around to open your door, take your hand, and raise you from your seat. I lead you to the front of the car and lay down a blanket. As we settle, the pallette of color laid before us is breathtaking. I jump up as I remember to put music on. I have compiled all these files we shared over the years. I smile as I listen and return to our blanket.

I stop as I watch you smiling, admiring your view, and singing merrily to the music loftily filling out airspace. I sit beside you. We laugh, sing, hold each other.

As the sun fades deeper, the crimson turns a deep purple and gradually turns to black. "Oh my god! Baby, look!" As the full moon rises, we can see dolphins break the surface of the still waters before us ... their wake rippling in the moon's brilliant light. I take your hand, look in your eyes, smile, and say not a word. I don't need to.

I search the night sky and see a star. I giggle, look at you and say, "This bright spot in the universe will forever be known as **** *****."

I softly kiss your cheek as you smile. A single tear drops from your magical eyes and slowly nurtures your smooth, precious cheek. "Is this love?" I ask myself. "If not, I know not what love is."

You lie with your head on my chest as I stroke your hair gently. You fade off to sleep in my arms.

I wake you as the warm sun rises. As your eyes open, again appear our dolphins. I help you up. We drive off and you look back as if our place here should never go. I look at you and say, "Baby, as with our love, we shall return whenever our hearts need to. Take this with you as a token of love and feel the inner peace it relays."

We arrive at our tiny home, as we are greeted by our next best friend ... our dog, ****.

Ahhh! Life is grand.

7 This web site is so cool! http://www.surfmusic.de/country/philippines.html

I appreciate it that I have access and can easily listen online to radio stations in the Philippines and other countries! To think I used to use a radio cassette player! :D Times have changed, indeed, but I appreciate the old times very much, too!

6 I appreciate all of the poems ****** ********* wrote for me, including this one:

Angel's Song
by the Bard

I walked around my lil world just asking someone why
The things I do, the things I see, and things that make us cry
And then one day, from a place so strange an Angel did appear
With a truth so pure, could always cure all judgment, hate and fear

I bless that day each time I breathe because of love and joy and truth
An Angel truly from above who's shown me hope and couth
You truly are a gift my dear, to all that you do touch
The message that you send my friend, is valued here so much

You sing your song, and share your truth, you give your students love
I see in you what I could be, so free just like a dove
You sing so like an Angel too, your voice so pure and sweet
Your love is there for all to see, not to hurt and then defeat

So thanks to you my Angel friend, for all you gave to me
From deep my soul within my truth, your songs have set me free
I know now that you do exist, I, we will go on
I hope that all you touch my dear, can hear your special song

5 I appreciate my realization that my Step 1 (Ask) experience that actually led to my Step 3 (Receive) experience, which was receiving the teachings of Abraham-Hicks, was my asking for Pure Positive Energy.

4 I appreciate my conversations with D**** J****. Thank you for paying attention to me and making me feel better about the C********** issue. Thank you for hearing me out with regard to the P*** issue.

Thanks for sharing my interests ~ music, movies, television, popular culture, relationships, life. Thanks for sometimes showing me unfamiliar perspectives. Thanks for being instrumental in my exploration of contrast, too. You have always shown me the side that feels light and fun. You have always shown me Well-Being. Thank you very much, D****!

3 Through Bo, I learned more and got evidence about certain life laws/truths. He proved Laura Day's ideas true in my life ~ You may get intuitive impressions today and not make sense of them until years later.

When I was still working in Makati in 2007, I often dropped by Glorietta. Whenever I passed by Bo's Coffee, the question "Sino si Bo?" always popped in my head. I never failed to ask that question every time I saw or even was just reminded of that coffee shop.

An anecdote in Laura's book "Practical Intuition" about a woman getting an intuitive impression about the name Kirk helped me realize that my impulse to ask "Sino si Bo?" was actually me receiving an intuitive impression. It all made sense when I met Bo in 2009.

Thank you, Bo, for being instrumental in teaching me a life lesson about a subject that I feel truly interested about: INTUITION. It is good to witness my own innate ability to use it.

2 I appreciate my friendship with J**** (also known as B***/B*****/A******). He pays attention to what I say and makes me feel that my thoughts and feelings matter. J** is a good, giving friend.

1 Dear Big brother D***,

I feel very, very, very good today! Going out yesterday caused an awesome transformation in my vibration. I had lunch in a nice restaurant with a female co-teacher. We had pancakes with butter and maple syrup for lunch ~ ha ha ha ha ha! We also had sausages and salad. I loved the different kinds of lettuce, olives, chicken strips, and of course, the cheese, and mustard dressing! We drank orange juice and four seasons. Then, we had almond coffee in a Japanese cafe, and we had a long girl talk! ;) It was my first time to go out with her, and she said it felt refreshing. I felt the same way, too!

After she went home, I headed to a mall and saw this really, really cool Latin band called Tropikasya. The group has many members and I think most of them are in their 40's and above. The music was so lively and upbeat; I felt like dancing! I was tapping my feet the whole time!

Then I took the train to another mall to watch another concert. Do you know the Japanese all-girl pop/punk/grunge band Shonen Knife? Kurt Cobain of Nirvana loved them, and I love them, too! Some years ago, I exerted great effort to look for their hard-to-find cd Happy Hour. The songs in the cd are almost all about food! Some of the titles are Banana Chips, Sushi Bar, Cookie Day, and Gyoza.

Believe it or not, the concert was free! I watched it with my college bandmates, and a meditation classmate who kept cracking jokes all night! I was laughing, dancing, singing, shouting, jumping, and simply enjoying myself the whole time! I truly felt wonderful being with my friends ~ we are all on the same wavelength. I think I received and flowed so much positive energy last night because I went to chat and felt happy, stable, and in control. This morning, I woke up feeling so light and good!

Bro! I think I have made it back home! I am seeing more and more of who I really am again, and I am enjoying everything and everyone in my positive, creative, joyful, loving world again! While watching the concert, he was on my mind all the time. I was hoping he could see how happy I was. Actually, he has still been with me every single moment, but! I notice how he is becoming more and more insignificant ... like I do not feel the need to talk about him so much anymore, and I do not really care whether he and I ever talk again.

Now, I can just be myself again, appreciate things and people, express myself freely, and just enjoy my world again! Hmm ... I must admit, though, that I still send pink light to him, especially when I am feeling good. I continue to pray for healing. I do feel that he and I will get to talk again one day and when that happens, I want everything to turn out okay.

I want to share these positive things to you to cancel out the negative things I shared in the past :"> . I just feel so good, Bro, and I wanted to share my joy with you, as I know it will put a smile on your face again. Please take care of yourself. I hope to talk to you again soon.

Happy little sister,
A

My Blessing
by the Bard

The world can be a trying place
It throws us things we dare not face
How people close can change our lives
Some hold us back, some help us thrive

These words here that I write for you
Are written so you know the truth
You've stole my heart, fate knows it's true
I fear I have embarrassed you

My hope was that when you're with me
Your heart is warm, your soul is free
You've let me in a sacred place
Please trust in me it's not disgrace

I love you more each day we meet
You've gone and swept me off my feet
But what we are YOU get to choose
I now know love, I cannot lose

I trust you, Babe, with all I am
I really truly give a damn
I want to be your saving grace
This truly is our special place

Your beauty takes my breath away
And fills my soul with joy each day
I want you, I need you, oh so true
I see your strength, I'm proud of you

5 ... You are a poet and didn't even know it! :D Maraming salamat for this poem.

Angel
by the Bard

One day an Angel I did see
On one dark day in front of me
At first I wasn't sure at all
In a world so vast, and I so small

But soon it became plain to see
All that was real, two souls set free
So truly gifted as a lark
The proof to me you light a spark

I think I know of which I speak
When I express of how unique
I feel when you appear each day
A simple truth, I'm here to stay

I cherish all the love you give
Although my head, much like a sieve
I think I speak my truth to you
You are an Angel through and through
