7 Got another steal! A book originally priced 269 Philippine pesos, sold for only 161.50 PHP. "English-French: My First Book of Words & Pictures." I was never really into studying French, but after finding the book, I gave myself a chance. 😊 The book is suited for kids aged 0-3, so it's perfect for me! Ha ha ha ha! Reading French words gave me a fulfilling sense of renewal. It just gave me a satisfying feeling of freshness. Looking at the colorful pictures also made me feel secure and pleased.

I left my wristwatch in the washroom. Minutes later when I remembered and went back to look for it, it was still there! That wristwatch is very precious to me. It was a gift from my mother.
When Susan and I were held up last year, I thought I had put it in the inside pocket of my shoulder bag, as I usually did. I thought it was already gone ... lost forever to the man who took my bag. But no! When I asked my father to empty my pockets while I was lying on the hospital bed, the watch was there!
Thank you so much, God ... If there is one material thing I am attached to, this is it. I guess my watch and I are meant to be together forever. Maybe my watch is meant to be an heirloom ...

Dumbfounded. I thought M*** wasn't interested in my class. She sounded cold and sleepy. I tried to understand her because I know she's in Canada, we're in different time zones. I asked her, "Why do you take the 1 a.m. class? We have earlier sessions." She replied, "I just like your class." Wow. We really don't know what's on other people's minds.
