October 2010

7 I so luuuuuurve my new (and old) maroon purple bra-hahas! :D

6 I appreciate the brand new Sanyo twin tub washing machine that Nanay and I got from Abenson Malabon Citisquare today!

5 I appreciate the super delicious ham and cheese roll my sister made for breakfast today!

4 I just had a surge of ... no, it felt more like a chunk of ... but anyway, I felt a huge amount of positive emotion flowing inside me, through my heart. I know something good ... something wonderful is on its way! I love it!!! Thank you, Abe, for teaching me about my Emotional Guidance System. I really appreciate it. ;)

3 I appreciate that opportunity to give Dadan a Fibrella umbrella.

2 Thinking about my physical body as being one and the same as Source Energy/Pure Positive Energy feels so good! I appreciate that.

1 My friendship with Angela P**** C********* feels good! I appreciate that. I appreciate it that she is instrumental in taking me to the Vortex by paying attention to what I say and writing me notes. I appreciate it that I could go out with her again soon and finally return her book. I appreciate it that I am inspired to take action: write her a letter.

September 2010

1 I appreciate it that I attracted *L into my experience. Thank you *L for being a bridge to receiving Jack Canfield's teachings about having a Victory Log.

VICTORY WALL:

1 I brushed my teeth and gargled using Colgate Plax tonight.

August 2010

3 I appreciate it that C** M** S** (G****) told me about her perspective. It is refreshing to be reminded that to some people, education is important and that they think the money they spend for studying abroad is precious.

It is also good to know that there are teen-agers who are focused on making the most of their intelligence and abilities, and are determined to get a good college education.

2 My blog is 5 years old!!! I appreciate that!

1 I appreciate the almost 10 hours of sleep I got yesterday. :)

July 2010

5 I appreciate everything I have learned from Vipassana meditation. I appreciate the knowledge that I do not have to react to anything and everything. I could merely let it be and observe it for what it is.

4 Oh my god!!! This is so thrilling! I can tell my vibration is changing. Look at all the people I have been attracting into my experience!

a. After about a decade of not seeing him, who do I see at the MRT Ortigas station/Megamall? E**** A**** "Egz" F********! And he works just a couple of blocks away from me!

b. I know his grandmother, his mother, and youngest brother. His second brother was my classmate in elementary school, while he was my brother's classmate/friend, too. Who do I see in Luigi Seno's page in Facebook? M******** O*****! Who is now known as Migz S********, the discjockey in Guam.

c. I had an impulse to post a question about the purpose of nervousness on the Abraham-Hicks forum, so I did. Then, I saw a birthday greeting for me a year too late ~ ha ha ha ha ha! It was from someone in Paris, France. And today, who sends me an invitation for an Abe meet-up? A forum moderator who is half-Filipino!

Wonderful people, pour into my life!!! I simply love it!!!

3 I appreciate it that my self-proclaimed Big (literally ~ he's 6 feet 7 inches tall!) brother D*** listened to me talk on and on about P*** and L****. And he had nothing but comforting, supportive, and positive words for me! Thank you very much, my Big bro in spirit!

2 My dear N****,
The letter you gave me in 2002 took me right into the Vortex today! Kamsa hamnida!
You must be 19 or 20 years old now. I really hope you are doing well.
Take care, my sweet former roommate!

1 FOCUS WHEEL:
I see you and me in the Vortex.
I see the Source that is you and I see myself in the Vortex.
I see that you and I are good friends.

June 2010

9 I appreciate the Vortex and my knowledge of it.

Wouldn't it be nice if P***** and I were friends in the Vortex? Yes, P***** and I are friends in the Vortex. We have mutual respect in the Vortex. Great. That feels good. :)

8 I appreciate my solitude right at this very moment. I appreciate the privacy of my own mind.

7 FOCUS WHEEL: I want to see my joka again.

1 o'clock - Wouldn't it be nice if I could see him one more time?

2 o'clock - I appreciate it that he paid attention to me as I told him about the Focus Wheel process.

3 o'clock - I appreciate it that he made a focus wheel for me as I was running to and fro to change the malfunctioning CDs and CD players. When I finally sat down in front of him again, he said, "This is to make you feel better." He wrote the following words on the hour hands of the wheel:
1) You met *****.
2) You drank milk tea with *****.

4 o'clock - Wouldn't it be nice if I could share a friendship with him the way I do with Tuni and Attorney Baki?

5 o'clock - I appreciate it that he appreciates it that I appreciate the color purple. He gave me a purple mechanical pencil and a purple highlighter. He said, "If you change your favorite color, I would feel bad."

6 o'clock - Wouldn't it be nice if I could have college entrance English review classes with him next year?

7 o'clock - I got the impression that you had not yet tasted McDonald's Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I bought one for you and while eating it you told me, "I have tried this many times but when you give it to me, it is more delicious."

Such a sweet talker ~ my joka. :"> Ha ha ha ha ha!

8 o'clock - I appreciate that time when I went back to the room and you said, "I was going to write something, but you came in."

Sensing that you wanted it to be a surprise, I faced the whiteboard towards you and said, "Go ahead and write it."

You wrote: Don't forget *****!

You even fret at the thought that someday, I would eventually erase it. I knew that erasing it is inevitable. But I never intended my own hands to do it.

When I got to my room this morning, your writing had already disappeared. But no need to worry. Memories of you will always be fresh. :)

9 o'clock -

10 o'clock -

11 o'clock -

12 o'clock -

6 I appreciate all of those times I savored the pleasant aroma and the bitter taste of black coffee.

5 I appreciate my power and ability to attract and manifest people like R*** and L****, who have enabled me to get into the Vortex and feel the ease, harmony, and delight of having Source Energy/Pure Positive Energy flow through me.

4 You smiled with every sip of the milk tea I had given you. Your smiles were simply priceless ... so precious! Their slogan is right: There's a rainbow of joy in every cup. :)

You told me to remember everything about you. I will definitely remember you and your words: Milk tea will change the world!

3 I appreciate that time when *** *** *** (L****) first asked me to buy Starbucks drinks for him and his classmate S*****. I appreciate the time when he noticed I was admiring the cup of my Grande size hot chocolate.

I appreciate it that my attention got glued to the white paper cup and the green leaves pattern around it. I appreciate the opportunity to tell him that I was appreciating the beauty of the cup. I feel delighted by the memory of him asking me, about 10 minutes later, "Are you still admiring your cup?"

I appreciate everything else I have shared with him since then. Thanks, L****, for being one of those people who put me in the Vortex. Just thinking about you makes me jump right in there.

2 Go! ---> and be up to speed with all that you have already become in your Vibrational Escrow! I appreciate the jalousie windows in my bedroom that bring cool air in. (Thank you, D****, for cleaning them sometimes. :D)

1 I appreciate the times I spent on Ayala Avenue, where I felt utter Well-Being and prosperity. It still carries me into the Vortex whenever I think about it. :)

May 2010

2 There was a time when I would buy The Manila Bulletin at the convenience store at the corner of Pampano and Langaray streets every Sunday. That was after working for *** K*********** ****** Foundation and I was looking for a new job. I would also go to the talipapa in Langaray to buy some snacks and in front of ******* ** ******* *** High School to buy sliced hotdogs. :D I appreciate the memories of those times.

1 I appreciate Attorney Baki's friendship for the last 17 years.

April 2010

8 Manifestation! I asked my Manager, the Law of Attraction, to bring me people who are in harmony with my current intent ... and what do you know! I received two e-mails from Joy, the cutest boy in our English camp with Korean students in 2002! Joy has brought me joy! I am so happy!

He brought back delightful memories of Marinduque, Mindoro, and Westlife's song, "My Love."

7 I appreciate my world.
I appreciate my life.
I appreciate my circle(s) of friends.
I appreciate myself!

6 I appreciate the banana, potato, carrot, cabbage, pechay, and spinach that I ate today. Food is my friend.

5 I appreciate it that Susan lent me 23 of her video compact discs. It is good to have access to Stephen Chow's "Kung Fu Hustle" and watch its amazing stunts and special effects. Its humor is wonderful, too! I think this is my first time to see a movie at home and really laugh out loud.

4 Wow! I tuned in to DZRB Radyo ng Bayan 738 khz just in time to hear the Pope saying, "Filipino: Maligayang pagkabuhay ni Kristo!" Cool timing! I appreciate that.

3 I appreciate **** words: "It is good that you have that experience --- to live with a 2-year-old."
"My grandmother was the only decent woman I ever knew. She was strong in her faith and spirituality, just like you."
"You are the innocence I never was."

2 I appreciate it that my A******* friend D*** and I are getting along well.

1 I appreciate this short story that was written for me.

The Path
by the Bard

As I approach your school, I see you standing outside with a few of your students - laughing and smiling. I can see and feel the love they have for you. I smile. God! How your true spirit warms me inside.

You know not what I have planned, but I e-mailed you and asked you to come with me after work, as there was something I wanted to share. We wave goodbye to the kids as we drive off into the failing light of the day.

As the orange glow forms, the crimson sky caresses your skin. It only enhances the beauty you offer in abundance. I turn off the main road, toward the coast. The winding road ascends to a sheer cliff overlooking the ocean to the western sky.

I park, look at you and smile, not saying a word. I run around to open your door, take your hand, and raise you from your seat. I lead you to the front of the car and lay down a blanket. As we settle, the pallette of color laid before us is breathtaking. I jump up as I remember to put music on. I have compiled all these files we shared over the years. I smile as I listen and return to our blanket.

I stop as I watch you smiling, admiring your view, and singing merrily to the music loftily filling out airspace. I sit beside you. We laugh, sing, hold each other.

As the sun fades deeper, the crimson turns a deep purple and gradually turns to black. "Oh my god! Baby, look!" As the full moon rises, we can see dolphins break the surface of the still waters before us ... their wake rippling in the moon's brilliant light. I take your hand, look in your eyes, smile, and say not a word. I don't need to.

I search the night sky and see a star. I giggle, look at you and say, "This bright spot in the universe will forever be known as **** *****."

I softly kiss your cheek as you smile. A single tear drops from your magical eyes and slowly nurtures your smooth, precious cheek. "Is this love?" I ask myself. "If not, I know not what love is."

You lie with your head on my chest as I stroke your hair gently. You fade off to sleep in my arms.

I wake you as the warm sun rises. As your eyes open, again appear our dolphins. I help you up. We drive off and you look back as if our place here should never go. I look at you and say, "Baby, as with our love, we shall return whenever our hearts need to. Take this with you as a token of love and feel the inner peace it relays."

We arrive at our tiny home, as we are greeted by our next best friend ... our dog, ****.

Ahhh! Life is grand.
