5 Thank you that I learned about Emmet Fox's "The 7 Day Mental Diet" and got to practice it.

4 Thank you that I got introduced to Neville Goddard's works.

3 I appreciate all the (perceived) furnaces that I have been experiencing recently. My (seeming) hardships with ***a* and ***e* have led me to an intense journey of self-discovery and growth. I have also discovered my massive inner strength and great ability to cope/adjust.
